There are many "Architectural Designers" who have practical knowledge and can draw a plan but we would say that we offer much more.
If you have an idea for a building project or extension we are happy to offer free advice. We will also be glad to provide a fixed fee proposal broken down into a 'menu' for each stage of the design and construction process with a detailed explanation of what each stage includes and a list of what information we require together with a time table for our services. We'll also explain what other professional services may be required (e.g Engineers and Party Wall Surveyors).
We are a small practice based in SW London specialising in Commercial & Residential new-build and refurbishment work including work in Conservation Areas and involving Listed Buildings. We also have considerable experience in retail and restaurant design and domestic architecture including obtaining necessary Planning Permission for home extensions & alterations. We have a track record of achieving optimum consents in these areas to create maximum added value.
We are equipped with CAD drawing & visualisation systems permitting a reactive design process and enabling changes to be easily included and reviewed.
We have a close working relationship with other construction professionals including Structural Design, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering design, Quantity Surveying and Party Wall Awards.
